Two unrelated men with histories of previous arrests are facing indecent exposure allegations following separate incidents connected to Home Depot stores.
In Pennsylvania, 25-year-old Lawrence Meehan of Norwood is facing another indecent exposure case after already being sentenced to probation in four separate cases involving similar allegations.
Meehan was arrested in January after a female employee at the Clifton Heights Home Depot on West Baltimore Pike reported that a man exposed himself and masturbated in the store’s garden section while staring at her before ejaculating on a bag of plant food. Store surveillance footage helped detectives identify Meehan, who was reportedly immediately recognized by an officer who had investigated him previously.
The latest case marks the sixth time Meehan has been charged in connection with this type of alleged behavior since 2019.
His previous cases span several locations across Delaware County. They include allegations outside a Secane pizza shop where three teenage girls were present, in a Clifton Heights parking lot near a 17-year-old girl, and at Providence Village Shopping Center, where authorities said he followed a mother accompanied by an infant and small children.
Other cases involved incidents outside homes in Clifton Heights and behind a Rita’s Water Ice in Media, where three young girls were sitting inside a vehicle.
In February 2025, a judge sentenced Meehan to five years of consecutive probation in four of the cases, including cases involving a minor. He is also a registered sex offender.
Following his latest arrest, bail was set at 10% of $50,000. Online court records cited in local reporting indicated Meehan remained in custody at the George W. Hill Correctional Facility in Concord. A pretrial conference was scheduled for June 8.
In a separate case, 27-year-old Wendall Brooks of Arkansas was reportedly arrested at a Home Depot after allegedly exposing himself to another man. The arrest was reportedly Brooks’ fourth.
Few additional details about the Arkansas incident were immediately available, including the circumstances leading up to the alleged exposure and the specific charges filed against Brooks. There is no indication that his case has any connection to Meehan’s Pennsylvania case beyond the unusual similarity of both incidents involving Home Depot locations.
An arrest or criminal charge does not establish guilt. Both men are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
