TS Madison and DailydosesofDee Score Courtroom Wins Over DLWhisperer, Say None Of His Supporters Showed Up

Date:

Atlanta — A court hearing tied to the ongoing legal dispute involving internet personality TS Madison and the man known online as the “DL Whisperer” produced several developments Tuesday in DeKalb County.

According to a Facebook post Madison shared shortly after the hearing, a retaliatory temporary protective order (TPO) that had been filed against her was dismissed by the court around 9:30 a.m. The dismissal marked what Madison described as “round one” of the legal conflict.

Madison also said a separate protective order she filed against the DL Whisperer in Gilmer County had already been granted. She alleged that the man violated that order and was arrested as a result. Madison added that the court ordered him to cover her attorneys’ fees in that matter.

The dispute has been unfolding publicly on social media for weeks, drawing significant attention online.

Among those present in court was Atlanta-based content creator Dailydosesofdee, who has also been involved in legal proceedings connected to the situation. According to posts shared on his Facebook page, he also had a protective order case related to the dispute.

After the hearing, Dailydosesofdee claimed the DL Whisperer appeared in court without the supporters who had defended him across social media platforms.

“Court for the #DLWhisperer was a complete no-show for his flock of homophobic chihuahuas,” he wrote in a post from Atlanta. “All that barking online… and not a single one of you in the courtroom.”

He went on to criticize those who had publicly backed the DL Whisperer online, arguing that their support existed primarily in comment sections rather than in real-life legal proceedings.

“As much harm as he caused, what’s even more revealing is that his ‘support’ only ever existed in comment sections,” the post continued.

Madison also addressed supporters and fellow creators in a separate message directed at audiences and content producers who follow the controversy.

“Stop encouraging people to make poor decisions for clicks and views,” she wrote. “Content creators please just do your content and not go outside the boundaries of people’s safety and privacy.”

Madison indicated that additional court proceedings are still ahead and said she has been documenting the situation throughout the legal process. She plans to share more details publicly once the current phase of the case concludes.

The DL Whisperer has not publicly responded to the latest court developments as of Tuesday.
