Police in multiple countries are searching for a 26-year-old man accused of deceiving victims by arranging sexual encounters and then robbing them afterward. The suspect, who uses several identities including Rashid Navarro, Rico Navarre, and “Shido”, is currently wanted for questioning in at least 19 incidents across six countries. He has not been arrested and remains at large.
According to investigators, the suspect contacts victims on dating apps, private chat sites, and social media platforms. He reportedly uses sexually explicit messages and photos of himself—specifically highlighting what he describes as his “large anatomy”—to build trust and convince victims to meet in person.
Authorities say the suspect follows a clear pattern:
- He invites victims to private apartments, hotels, or short-term rentals
- He engages in sexual acts with the victim to avoid suspicion
- Once the victim is vulnerable, distracted, or in a state of undress, he produces a weapon
- He demands wallets, PIN numbers, mobile phones, passcodes, and cash transfers
- In some cases, he threatens to release intimate photos or messages if the victim reports the crime
“This is not a simple robbery case,” said one investigator in Toronto. “This is sexual manipulation used as a trap, followed by intimidation and theft. He knows exactly how to make his victims feel too embarrassed to go to the police.”
Cases Across Multiple Countries
Victims have been identified in the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Spain, South Africa, and the United Arab Emirates. Police believe he may be continuing the scheme while traveling internationally using false identification.
Investigators say the suspect targets both men and women, usually between the ages of 22 and 45, and often prefers victims who appear financially stable or display designer clothing or accessories in their online profiles.
One victim in London, who asked to remain anonymous, said:
“He was calm and confident. We hooked up, everything was normal, and after we were done he pulled a gun from his jacket and told me to hand over my phone and bank details. He even transferred money from my Cash App in front of me. He knew exactly what he was doing.”
Known Aliases and Online Names
Police say he uses multiple online usernames including:
- “Shido”
- “R33lHeat”
- “RawHenny26”
- “NavarreXL”
- “LongPressure”
- “RicoNVR”
He is described as approximately 6’2″, medium build, short dark hair, brown skin, with distinct chest and forearm tattoos. Investigators say he speaks English and Spanish.
Still Active and Considered Dangerous
Because he leaves many victims feeling “consensually disarmed” before the robbery, authorities believe he may be one of the most difficult types of criminals to capture, due to the reluctance of victims to report what happened.
“He uses shame as a weapon,” said a South African crime analyst. “Most victims are more worried about people finding out about the sexual encounter than the robbery itself. That’s what he counts on.”
Investigation Status
While Interpol has been alerted, a full Red Notice has not yet been issued, and no arrest warrant has been made public. Detectives believe he may now be operating in Germany, France or Morocco, based on recent travel data linked to one of his aliases.
