According to the resident, video footage shows a man approaching the property and engaging in lewd conduct. The incident has raised concerns among neighbors about public safety and late-night activity in residential areas.

Authorities have not identified a suspect, but community members are being encouraged to take precautions, including checking home security systems and reporting any suspicious activity immediately.
Local law enforcement officials advise residents to turn on exterior lighting during nighttime hours and ensure security cameras are active and functioning properly. They also caution residents against confronting individuals on their own property or in the street.
The Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office is asking anyone who believes they may have captured similar activity on home surveillance systems to share footage with investigators to assist in the ongoing review.
