According to newly filed court documents, Christopher Griffith says he turned over extensive communications between himself and Diggs, including conversations exchanged through iMessage and Instagram. The filing comes after Diggs argued that Griffith had not produced certain Instagram messages during the discovery process. Griffith’s legal team reportedly responded that Diggs already possesses those messages, while Diggs maintains he can no longer access them because Griffith blocked him on Instagram and has asked the court to require the messages be produced.
The dispute is part of an ongoing civil legal battle that has generated national attention. Diggs previously filed a defamation lawsuit against Griffith, alleging the accusations made against him are false and have damaged his reputation. Griffith later countersued, claiming Diggs drugged and sexually assaulted him following a 2023 encounter. Diggs has consistently denied those allegations.
