TS Madison Granted Temporary Protective Order Against Naquan “DL Whisperer” Palmer; Palmer Launches GoFundMe for Legal Fees

Date:

A court has granted TS Madison a temporary protective order against Naquan Palmer, also known online as the “DL Whisperer,” according to court records.

The temporary protective order is a short-term legal measure intended to provide immediate protection while the court reviews the allegations and schedules a follow-up hearing. Such orders commonly restrict contact and physical proximity between the parties and do not represent a finding of guilt.

After news of the order became public, Palmer created a fundraising campaign on GoFundMe titled “Support DLWhisperer Legal Battle & Safe Relocation.” In the campaign description, Palmer states that the funds are intended to help cover legal fees and expenses, as well as costs associated with relocating for safety while the case is pending. The fundraiser has circulated widely on social media, prompting a range of reactions from supporters and critics.

Madison addressed the situation directly on social media, posting a series of messages emphasizing her decision to handle the matter through the legal system rather than through confrontation. In a post shared on Twitter, Madison wrote:

“The Most efficient way is to handle things LEGALLY

People thinks silence Means FEAR

I’m RICH I dont handle things in the street… im
48 years old and a ESTABLISHED BRAND!

You are insane to think I’m gonna ‘Fight you
in the streets’

NO….. FIGHT your CASE‼️ #500yards

DONT YOU EVER THINK YOU CAN COME
THREATEN ME AT MY HOME
and think you’ll
go home and Go to bed…… NAH…..

The reference to “#500yards” appears to allude to distance requirements often associated with protective orders.

Madison has not publicly disclosed specific details about the allegations that led to the filing, and Palmer has not formally responded to the claims through an attorney in court records. Both parties are expected to have an opportunity to present their positions at an upcoming hearing, where a judge will determine whether the temporary protective order should be extended, modified, or dismissed.

Because of the public profiles involved, the case has generated significant online discussion. Legal experts often stress that protective order proceedings are highly fact-specific and urge the public to allow the legal process to unfold without speculation.
